This is a 2 month contract with possible extension for Harrisburg, PA Professional Responsibilities · The EDI analyst is responsible for the coordination and management of EDI activities in order to ensure that all system changes are processed as according to change control guidelines. Completing setup and testing for any new vendors\ trading partners being added. Maintaining high customer service is required with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Administratively, coordinating and implementing all-testing procedures and on-call schedules with our VAN\Trading Partners (TPs) as needed . Technically, the analyst is responsible for tracking and resolving EDI system problems, working with internal\external customers to get new TP relationships established and transmitting electronic data, and interfacing with other internal systems Required Skills · EDI analysts must have a solid understanding of the business practices of our CLIENT as the analyst's ability to understand the client's impending needs will have a direct impact on the efficiency of the company. · Excellent interpersonal communication skills are a must.
