Location: Greenwood Village, CO Duration: 12 Months Note: Only US Citizen and Green card holder Job Description Phone hire REQUIRED SKILLS: Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements. Ability to Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce.com platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs. Ability to lead assessments and deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues. Ability to lead, communicate and collaborate with technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and solutions. Ability to perform Salesforce administration and development functions. Ability to support Salesforce.com configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, automated approvals. Ability to handle numerous projects/priorities while delivering high-quality enterprise solutions. Ability to Interface with business analysts and technical staff and be responsible for delivering complete work products. Ability to research integration issues and work closely with team members. Ability to research and develop of Salesforce.com prototypes and applications. Ability to perform maintenance and troubleshooting of applications. Ability to build client trust and respect, establish client relationships and develop a rapport with the client. Ability to document best practices and operational procedures. PREFERRED SKILLS: Knowledge of banking, finance and lending industry a plus. Salesforce Advanced Developer certification preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of Salesforce.com development experience. Must have historical and proven knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Services. The candidate would be business-minded and highly analytical while also having a strong and deep technical background in Salesforce.com. Able and willing to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision. Experience with database software, Platform as a Service solutions. Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in a geographically dispersed environment (conference calls, Skype, face-to-face). Ability to speak and write English fluently, and can produce high-quality technical documentation and analysis. RESPONSIBILITIES: Sr. Salesforce.com Developer will be responsible for managing all aspects of Salesforce.com including configuration, customization and implementation of applications and 3rd party integrations. The role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in Salesforce.com that support business requirements and processes for continuous improvement. The Senior Developer has proven experience with Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs.
