(not Admin), Oracle PL/SQL
- Minimum 2 years of production support experience. Should have working
knowledge on incident management and coordinating with multiple technology
teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience working in distributed environment based on
Unix-Oracle
ITIL certification and working experience in banking/financial services
would be a plus
