*Essential Role/Responsibilities:*

· Ability to prioritize and resolve Siebel end user support issues

· Experience with administration of Siebel Sales application
(setting up new users, mobile clients, account assignments)

· Experience with administration of EIM, Assignment Manager, and
Workflow Processes

· Experience with at least one full-life cycle *Siebel
7.7/7.8*implementation or upgrade, preferably Siebel Sales

· Ability to work productively in Siebel 7.7/7.8 tools

· Ability to work productively in Oracle DBMS

· Experience with Sales reporting and Sales related data (Revenue
tracking, Quotas, etc.) is preferable

· Successfully build software using a formal software development
lifecycle methodology.

· Ability to create and work from functional/technical
specifications.

· Ability to quickly become proficient in new software tools and
packages.**

   - Provide Siebel End-User Support (troubleshooting, problem resolution,
   issue tracking).
   - Administration of Siebel Sales application in multiple environments
   (Production, Test, Development)
   - Deliver software solutions that meet project timelines.
   - Manage all tasks associated with delivery of software solution.
   - Ability to work on concurrent tasks within compressed timelines**
   - Excellent team player.**
