Role: Test Engineer (Telecom Domain) Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: 6+ Months Interview type: Telephonic/Skype Description: *Domain Experience*: Telecom (Fulfillment and Assure); Contact Center (will be a big plus, even if basic knowledge of how contact center operates should be enough) *Experience in Testing Phases*: Functional testing , System testing , Regression testing , Sanity testing , PIV – Post Implementation Validation testing *Experience in Testing Types:* Manual Testing Middleware testing (6 months), Performance testing(3months) Automated Testing (QTP / Selenium) will be a big plus *Experience in Testing Tools:* HP QC , ALM , SOAP UI Pro, HP Load runner *Experience in Testing of Software: *Salesforce (SFDC) CRM, Clarify (CRM), Met-solve, Remedy, Customized web service based applications, COTS Products, Seibel (CRM tool) – basically Testing experience on any CRM integration will do, SFDC will be a big plus as it is used in Apollo *Operating Systems*: Windows, Unix *Role and Responsibilities:* - Understanding the architecture, functionalities and requirements - Test script preparation from BRs, FRs and TRs.
