Role: Test Lead Location: Chicago IL Duration: 6 + Months Interview type: Telephonic/Skype Description: 1. Team Lead – a. Responsibility Responsible for a group of 6-8 automation testers. Lead and perform test plan development, test case development, test execution, test results analysis, and defect reporting Lead E2E test automation framework for client and non-client systems Establish a Test Automation process including tools & methodology Establish and maintain the Test Automation environment. Collect and analyze Automation test requirements, abstract the requirements into a test architecture design that spans multiple platforms Develop strategy for test automation. Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using QTP tool Participate in reviews of Automation scope requirements Develop documentation to facilitate usage of test automation framework Provide technical guidance to the test team to ensure test activities are performed according to the developed test strategy and test plan Help coordinate test automation efforts across multiple projects Proactively recommending testing tools and improvements Shares best practices within the organization Improve testing quality through Automation testing and advocacy with a constant focus on the end user experience Provide effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives, and performance b.
