· Analytical, must be able to work in a team environment to solve
complex issues

· Self-motivated, interest in learning new skills

· Ability to meet committed targets defined by the team

· Ability to work within a team, and act as both a teacher and
learner within this environment

· Ability to negotiate with business partners and peers in order to
achieve results

· Solid knowledge across the following SAP FI CO areas.  A heavier
leaning to CO is preferred:

o   FI: A/R, A/P, GL, Assets, SPL, Treasury

· CO: Costing based COPA, Product Costing, Internal Orders and
Project Systems
