*Main Duties &Responsibilities:*

   - Advanced knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring technologies
   - Experience Utilizing Web Services and Java RMI technologies to improve
   interface/API and significantly enhance integration capability between
   front-end and back-end systems.
   - Experience in IDE tools like RAD/Eclipse is necessary
   - Knowledge and understanding of SQL is must
   - Knowledge of UML design practices is necessary
   - Cloud, GAIA technology a plus. Microservice experience also a plus.
   Should have experience working/deploying on UNIX operating system
   - Understanding of Spring Batch and middleware technologies like
   Web-sphere is a plus. Knowledge and/or experience in rule engine technology
   like WODM is an added plus
   - Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure
   architecture disciplines
   - Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
   - Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
   - Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals
   throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
   - Understanding of software skills such as business analysis,
   development, maintenance and software improvement

Looking for 10+ years of experience as software developer with development,
deployment, and support of large-scale distributed applications in a
mission-critical production environment.

Advanced experience with application development using Java, Java EE, Micro
services, Spring, Spring Boot, Java Design Patterns and JUnit

Strong working experience with NoSQL Database Cassandra

Knowledge of Relational Databases like Oracle, SQL Server

Expert working experience with Web service technologies REST and SOAP

Strong working knowledge of IntelliJ or Eclipse, Maven and Tomcat

Strong working experience with Microservices and their deployment into
Cloud Foundry

Experience with JMS and Messaging Products (preferably IBM MQ)

Experience with Kafka

Experience with SCM tool GIT

Experience with CI/CD pipeline

Experience in Agile software development methodology and practices with
full development lifecycle from inception through implementation.

Self-driven and ability to deliver in a fast paced global team environment

Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving
skills coupled with a strong work ethic

Test-infected attitude (strong desire to perform thorough and exhaustive
unit, integration and system testing)

Preferred:

Working knowledge of Splunk, Wily, Dynatrace
