As Michael Bellears said previously, Interazioni's chkusr patch works
wonderfully.  Definately start there.  It integrates well with
everything.

I have used interazioni's chkuser patch with great success:

My queue has dropped from ~20,000 to an average of ~150, with an average
load of 1 (Used to be ~8)
