Re: Re-doing our homework: reverify our copyright sign-off

2011-07-18 Thread Aaron Peeler
Hello Alan,

I've found a copy of the Software Grant and Corporate Contributor
License Agreement signed by NCSU.

Who should I send it to?

I can't find my old emails so we have to double check this. Some
of the steps are outlined here:

I think that since this body of code came from NCSU we need a copy
of the SGA on file. It would probably be a good idea to create a
documents directory in our SVN and check in a copy of the SGA in
there as well.

This effort is as serious as a heart attack and it would be good if
we could get this done as soon as possible.

Regards,
Alan

VCL Risk for Collaborators With Permissions to manage Images

2011-07-18 Thread Kumar, Amit H.
Hello,

Don't know if this has been answered already in the forum...

What are the risks? If we were to let collaborators external to the university
have admin access to a reservation made on a VCL resource either vmware or
baremetal?

Any thoughts? Any way to lock him out?

Please advise!
Regards,
Amit
