The card itself supports MPEG-4 just like any other: regardless of the encoding used the card passes the broadcasted material to a piece of software, which in turn tries to decode it. [vdr] transponder moving
ARD swaps transponder 2nd June. With VDR that seems to be difficult? Exsample: ARD is now at say "Channel 5" the new ARD Channels are detected at "Channel 1200" ff... VDR allows to mark "Channel 1200" and move it 1204 lines back wards via cursor. (Channel table does no "wrapp", there are 1700 channel entries totally so the other way arround would be "only" 500 lines...)) OK, Channel lists can be sorted by transponder owners. That way old and new ARD channels are side-byside, but in that mode "move" does not work anymore... OK, so let's move the 1204 lines so the new channel will become "Channel 6" Now simply "delete channel 5"... Oops, does not work as there are "active timers". OK, lets go the timers, and move them first. No way to sort them by Channels, and not really "attractive" to change every timer manually. I can't imagine that this is really the "intended" way if a buque swaps transponders Please tell me what i made wrong? Why is there no "exchange" or "direct renumber"? BTW: The new ARD channels will be on "lo"-Band. A further reason to make the "single LNB patch" part of VDR... Hi, there is a new version of the osdpip plugin available: http://home.arcor.de/andreas.regel/files/vdr-osdpip-0.0.9.tgz Changes since 0.0.8: - dropped support for VDR version older than 1.3.47. - Now using palette replacemen introduced in VDR 1.3.27, so palette setting workaround is not needed any longer. This simplifies code a bit. - added support for VDR 1.6.
