Re: [vdr] Media (.mkv) player on Raspberry Pi2 VDR client
Did you try MLD ? It enables to launch Kodi from the vdr interface. It's fully working and I'm quite satisfied with it. Gerald has a history of lashing out at people who disagree with him or have any criticism about yavdr. It's pathetic but hopefully in all the nonsense you've found a solution that suits you. Wow... I didn't follow that thread, because of lack of time. I'm sorry it went that way. I have noted down a bunch of things to try though, and I'll hopefully keep you informed when I'm done... ___ vdr mailing list vdr@linuxtv.org http://www.linuxtv.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/vdr
Re: [vdr] Problem with rpihddevice OSD
I guess you’re just running out of GPU memory - try adding "gpu_mem=128" to /boot/config.txt. 64MB should be fine if you’re using VDR’s default skins, increase the amount for more complex skins. [vdr] Problem with rpihddevice OSD
I am using rpihddevice plugin with a raspberry pi in text mode, and if I start the plugin with -P "rpihddevice" I have the OSD, but the video is not played. If I start with -P "rpihddevice -d" I have the video, but I have not the OSD. There can be OSD and video with rpihddevice in text mode? Thanks.
