[Veritas-bu] netbackup and mtx on same server

Maybe Netbackup has the robot arm and mtx can't talk to it.??

[Veritas-bu] netbackup and mtx on same server

hi all!
os : solaris 10
i have already worked fine mtx . After that i install netbackup 6.5.
now when i execute /usr/local/sbin/mtx -f /dev/scsi/changer/c4t0d0 status
no Data Transfer Element reported

i reinstall mtx package but its not help me. 
must I remove the mtx package  before Netbackup installation ?
Is it possible to use both mtx and Netbackup software on the same server ?
