Current solution (workaround) is 6.5.3+registry hack and it works for
(> 2TB DFSR) replicated folders.

I've gotten this to work, but only with very small replicated folders.
I have the same issue as you with large replicated folders and have
yet to find a solution.

with 6.5 to get dfs to work.
So take away your scripts that stop and start dfs and take away the
stuff you put in with regedit
