I
would have thought the reports module (Client backup report) can give you a
clearer picture as to when the backups for a particular client or clients
started to get backed up.

BPPLLIST is a good command tool, that will list all
policies, and you can extract the clients in the policy and the backup windows
that start and close. I think the parameter is -allpolicies

Remember, if your resources are busy, the Start times may not be
applicable, because the job may queue for an hour or so until a device becomes
free.

With this info, plus the reports, you should be able to scramble
some details for your customer - maybe import it into a spreadsheet or
graph?

I am looking for a script to help
me with some scheduling issues/questions down to the client
  level.

I was given a list of 600+ servers
that I need to reply with the backup time(s) for each. Does anyone have a
script (using bppllist?) that might help me list the backup time for a client
or list of clients based on the schedule name (ours are
  named:daily/weekly/monthly/yearly) or type of backup
  (full/incremental)?

In a separate but related issue,
it would be helpful to have similar scheduling information about each of my
policies' backup times for each of the schedule within each
  policy

  Thanks,

Can't you just run the Client Backups report then
export the results to Excel for manipulation. It can be sorted by Policy,
Schedule etc. I have even fed it in to MS Project to get a Gantt chart of our
backups.
