http://docs.google.com/Doc?docid=0AY8nEoeF09GOZGQ1ZGtkd3FfMmQyZnZ6dmdz&hl=en not sure anyone use these features much, but i use Versions to manage over 500 projects. be great if these simple features are allowed to be set consistent throughout for all bookmarks. ie. view > show update from repo view > show ignored items -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Versions" group. That's a helpful idea, I wouldn't mind seeing that. As a sidenote, using skitch.com to share images like that one is often much simpler. :-) - Quinn On Mar 1, 2010, at 10:40 AM, hanns wrote: > http://docs.google.com/Doc?docid=0AY8nEoeF09GOZGQ1ZGtkd3FfMmQyZnZ6dmdz&hl=en > > not sure anyone use these features much, but i use Versions to manage > over 500 projects. be great if these simple features are allowed to > be set consistent throughout for all bookmarks. > > ie. > view > show update from repo > view > show ignored items > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "Versions" group. > To post to this group, send email to versi...@googlegroups.com. > To unsubscribe from this group, send email to > versions+unsubscr...@googlegroups.com. > For more options, visit this group at > http://groups.google.com/group/versions?hl=en. > smime.p7s Description: S/MIME cryptographic signature
Re: feature req: consistent view > show options...
Another vote for this feature. In my mind, the menu bar commands applies to the whole "window", rather than the bookmark, so I often find my mind out of sync with the UI state. Especially with "Show Updates from Repository" because that's not shown anywhere else in the UI. Minor problem updating
FWIW, I launched Versions today and was told about 1.0.8. I updated, but was unable to quit (I forget the exact dialog), and had to kill it from the Terminal. (It was updated when I re-launched.)
