Short and sweet... If you have recently signed onto the list or have signed on with a new email address and you can receive messages but cannot respond. There IS a reason.
All new subscriptions to the list are moderated. Until it is determined that the subscribers are legit no posts will be allowed. I personally don't have the time to check for new subscribers on a daily basis. Sorry... but that's just the state of the union. The primary reason for this protocol is to prevent SPAM... which would occur on a frequent basis without these criteria. If any of you folks would like to take over this list monitoring chore, step up now. I will relinquish the helm in a heartbeat!
