Tony is still in the nursing home and will be for some time. He is
still very weak, but is finally starting to get a little stronger. The
best news is that his kidney function is showing signs of improving.
He still does not want to be "bombarded" with phone calls but will
answer when he feels he has the strength.
He is being taken to the doctor this afternoon and has family dropping
in most evenings, so his actual time for 'telephoning' will be limited.
So cards and letters would be the best way to send him your wishes.
He has his laptop with him but is having trouble using it while lying in
bed. He said he is a one-finger typist and too often accidentally hits
the wrong key and erases everything so he has quit trying to type on it.
But things are looking more up-beat than they were earlier.
