 Scenario:
What I normally do is plug in a tripod mounted webcam into the usb 2.0 slot
in the laptop (1.9Ghz, 1.99GB- RAM), turn on the Sprint mobile broadband and
start showing using Yahoo Messenger 9.0. My friends list is 210 and I send
an invite via yahoo mail telling the approximate time I'm online. A yahoo
messenger  announcement says view my webcam or something similar.

Viewers say they hear no audio, and currently I must approve all requests
 to view my webcam.

 Question:
Is there a better way of doing this so that when I've say 100-1000 viewers
they will have a more rewarding experience?

I've tried using conference and since I don't fully understand its features
it seems not suited for large groups. Still, I don't know how to show a video
from another webcam in the conference, such as my assistant covering a
 different view of the story.

 Thanks!

You could also try QuickTime broadcaster or windows media version I
can't think of the name.
