Hmmm, how interesting. I discovered that a site I have about Angora

[videoblogging] automatic pan and zoom?

Are there any devices or camcorders that do this:

The subject carries a transmitter. The receiver back at the camera
pans with the submit and also zooms so that the subject is always in
frame.

[videoblogging] MotionBox recommendation

I stumbled onto www.MotionBox.com today and immediately signed up for
a premium account. It costs $19.95 per year and offers unlimited
uploads. The quality of the video rendering is excellent.

I use seekdotnet.com. It isn't perfect -- no host is, but so far, of
all the ones I have tried over the years. this one has been the best.

Yes, soldiers use Youtube and Facebook like 'regular' folks, LOL.
There is some pretty good stuff on Youtube that has been done by
soldiers and sailors.

I don't see anything on that military site that says anyone is forced
to use it instead of other services.

My daughter is a soldier.

You can use the free Quick Media Converter to convert VOB files to Flash or WMV.

 I would love to know how this is done.

Do you mean turning the camera 360 degrees on a tripod and then
placing the video into an html marquee:
marquee direction=leftobject width=425 height=350param
name=movie value=http://www.youtube.com/v/3ccvfwbe8-E;/paramparam
name=wmode value=transparent/paramembed
src=http://www.youtube.com/v/3ccvfwbe8-Eautoplay=1loop=1;
type=application/x-shockwave-flash wmode=transparent width=425
height=350/embed/object/marquee

OR, do you mean going back 20 years in time to take the video?

I use adsense on some of my sites and am pleased with it. There are
rules imposed by Google for its use, so one does have to take care to
use it correctly.

Re: [videoblogging] Re: Uploading Video and keeping within limits

I've got videos on YouTube that are an hour in length and with my
director's account, there is no filesize limit that I'm aware of.
However, for the convenience of viewers, I think it is better to
divide a video into sections anyhow.

I don't recall there being  a limit with video.google.com.

If you get a director's account at youtube, you can upload files over 100 mb.

Re: [videoblogging] Video editing software

2008-09-26 Thread Lil Peck
I'm generally pretty happy with Video Edit Magic. I also use the
consumer version of Sony Vegas. I have an old copy of Premiere that I
go back to from time to time. I have an old copy of Main Actor that is
nice. (Main Actor 5 is not so great.) I use Windows Movie Maker a lot.
I use the free wmv tools from microsoft and numerous other free tools
that I find at www.videohelp.com

Does anyone here use AVIsynth? I never tried it on account of it being
command line without a GUI.

 Hi guys and gals,

 it's me again. I've been trying to export some video files from AVI to

 interested in freeware and after trying some, I went with MPEG
 Streamline 1.2 because it was the only to actually convert the file.
 However, as good looking as the file is now, it lacks sound where the
 original one had plenty of it. Does anyone know a good freeware AVI to
 MOV (or WMV to MOV) converter?

Have you tried QuickMediaConverter.

If you're using a Windows Server Host, Snitz Forums are pretty good (ASP).
