maybe I was mistaken.upon logging in, it takes me to the analytics welcome page which asks me to agree to terms and conditions.  i checked it and saw:
Personal Use Only
The Google Services are made available for your personal, non-commercial
use only. You may not use the Google Services to sell a product
or service, or to increase traffic to your Web site for commercial reasons,
such as advertising sales. You may not take the results from a Google
search and reformat and display them, or mirror the Google home page
or results pages on your Web site. You may not "meta-search" Google.
If you want to make commercial use of the Google Services, you
must enter into an agreement with Google to do so in advance. Please
  contact us
for more information. but this was actually on:http://www.google.com/terms_of_service.htmlso i checked back on the google analytics home page and followed link to terms in the footer... which instead links to:
http://www.google.com/analytics/tos_en-US.htmlin these terms, i dont see any mention of this service being strictly for noncomercial use, however i am unsure if all google services assume non-commercial use.
can anyone clarify?thanks, sullOn 11/14/05, Michael Sullivan <[EMAIL PROTECTED]

What you stated above is what I've read elsewhere. Hopefully Google can
clarify this for folks, because it is causing some confusion.

Damn, those adaptive path guys are everywhere. I can't keep up on them.  Basically it looks like they took your common stats package like AWsats and optimized it for things vloggers might like to know... did they add some AJAX too. :)I signed up I'm going to try it out just for the fun of it. It doesn't say how it works, but I assume it either depends on a silly tracker you place in your pages or hopefully I can just give them the user/pass and url to my server stats. I trust em. :)-MikeOn Nov 23, 2005, at 3:23 AM, Ted Tagami wrote: I set my site up the other day, but it looks like Google shut the site down temporarily. Hi Michael -

Yes, lots of useful uses of AJAX in MeasureMap. For example, you get a
neat zoom in map of the world showing your traffic origins, sliders for
a calendar range, and where folks have come in from and where they are
going. I like the clean UI too. So far, thumbs up!On 11/25/05, Michael Meiser <[EMAIL PROTECTED]

Only google can send you an invite. To be able to receive one you put
in your email address, a random password and click sign in on their
first page or try this link;

https://www.google.com/analytics/home/provision

On the next screen you have to enter your name and email address,
click submit and wait for a couple of weeks. Then finaly a invite code
will be send to you.
