So what's the best setting to use when compressing the video out of Snapz Pro X?
I'm screencasting stuff and it offers compression settings for the video file after I'm done. I've tried a few different settings, but all end up with a .mov file. Then when I import this file into FCP, it works fine but takes forever for me to render within FCP for editing. Basically, it is slowing me down a lot. In the past, I've gotten AVI files from a PC and those work just fine in FCP. Any insight on the settings would be appreciated.
