We have known one new group is educational, based in Brazil, and in impoverished area of their country. The kids have already put up a pod cast in their native language Portuguese. Also, Chile just got some major initiative going, they had some major big names underwriting them. Names like IBM, ATT Microsoft and a bunch of others. Check it out.
