You can pretty much load Wordpress on any hosting system as long as it
has mySQL available.  The instructions for installation are at:

It can be installed in as little as five minutes.

I use godaddy and haven't had any problems.  It's the cheapest hosting I've 
found.  I also 
use Worpdress and it's a simple installation even if the host doesn't provide a 
one-click 
solution (much easier than moveable type).

I was impressed with how well WordPress installed and I must say I am 
very impressed with the features and plug ins.

Can anyone recommend a plug in for Video?

A plug in or add on to use with Wordpress, which will allow me to click 
or link to it with out need to code it, in html.
