There is an iTunes XML spec for this. I use feedburners smart cast, does it all for me. You need to put the itunes namespace in your RSS feed and include the custom itunes tags. Here's a page on how to do it: http://phobos.apple.com/static/iTunesRSS.html We're doing it on blip right now for itunes:author and itunes:keywords, and I'm working on incorporating more of their custom tags.
