I got day 1 up yesterday, day 2 edited yesterday and day 2 up today. W00t. Can't believe I'm actually keeping up. I've swore for the last 2 years I'd do it - and finally - I'm in it.
Both are here www.scottstead.com Day 1: My 6 year old cousin recaps his favorite scene from the little giants and displays his favorite post touchdown victory dance in full regalia. Day 2: My Pickle Making 101 video. Should be great because I shot this a month ago - and my pickles should be done for a post on Saturday for a full round follow up. It's my first attempt at any kind of culinary episode of my video blog. The lighting's super rough in my kitchen but sais la vie. Thanks to Steve Garfield for the intro to iMovie 09. I'm an old school Final Cut guy but it made it super fast to just knock em out with minimal rendering and interaction - and it was a hoot to play with themes. I wouldn't use them all the time, they're super easy to overuse, but none the less good to play with so at the very least I can explain to someone else how to use iMovie. Looking forward to the rest of your videos! Cheers, Scott Stead www.scottstead.com www.documentaryclub.org
