I have an idea I want to share with any QuickTime video plugin

Here's the user experience I would love to have:
I have your client software (VlogPhoneX) installed on my Mac. I also
have QuickTime Pro.
When I launch VlogPhoneX, it checks my subscribed feeds, downloads the
videos, and converts them into 3gp format (that's the quicktime part).
I click send and it sends them to my phone by email. Since it uses
my own email address and bandwidth, nobody but me has to worry about
bandwidth costs.
Bluetooth would be another options, and cheaper! (As long as your phone
supports it.)
Some restrictions:
I can set the number of posts to send, per-subscription. I can limit
the amount of total data to send. I can list my feeds in any order, so
the ones I like most will be most likely to be included. I can use a
POP or IMAP account for sending the email.
Bonus: I can press a button on my phone to be taken (via my phone's
web browser) to the comment page. I can search for feeds to add using
the many wonderful vlog directories out there. Superbonus: It can
talk to iTunes and/or FireANT.
Is this software already out there? If it is, please tell me. If not,
someone more skilled at writing software should write it. I can't
write software-- I write software documentation instead. I would pay
about $15-25 for a program like this.
As it stands today, I could *probably* AppleScript the part of sending
the 3GP video files from my Mac to my phone via Bluetooth, but there are
just so many variables, email, Bluetooth, phone-connector cable...
Playback software on the phone, etc... It's a nice idea, but it seems
pretty niche right now. But if you do find something, let us know!
