If that doesn't work, email us at (support at blip.tv) and we'll see what else it could be. Make sure you are not blocking cookies from blip.tv. If blip.tv cant save a cookie, then various pages might not remember you are logged in. Do what you normally do, and after click upload video, check to see if you are you actually logged in: in the upper right of the page just below the 2 drop down list you'll see one of two things: 1: "Login Signup" or 2: "Logout" If you see the first, then you aren't logged in.
