[Videolib] La Grande Guerra/The Great War
Does anyone know where I can purchase a copy of the film, La Grande Guerra/The Great War (Monicelli, 1959) with English subtitles on DVD? I've found a VHS copy at Facets, but that's the only version I've found with English subtitles. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Re: [Videolib] Media circulation terms
At Loyola Chicago, there is no limit to the number of films that are checked out. However, students/faculty/staff only have them for 3 days. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis. Karen Hooper, Lisa K lhoop...@tulane.edu 10/27/2011 8:52 AM Good morning everyone, Our library has what I believe is a very generous circulation policy for our media items but a handful of my faculty complain vociferously that it is too restricted. Could those of you with an academic media library collection share how many films a faculty member is allowed to have out at one time and for what duration? Your information is much appreciated! Re: [Videolib] PPR for 9/11
According to imdb, it's Paramount. I've called Swank and they don't have the rights. No it's not Fahrenheit 9/11. Here is the link I was sent: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0312318/ VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions.
