As Susan pointed out this would depend on how this was handled at the point of sale. Personally I think an implied agreement such as just stating it on the web site it is for home use only is not strong enough. If on the other hand there is an actual contract spelling this out and the purchaser is required to check a box along the lines of " I have read and agree to these terms" then it would be enforceable.
