Is the idea that this is a complete switch to SVN, or will the CVS
tree still be updated once it's back online?
I'm not sure at this moment. Bram and other VIM developers uses not
only CVS it self, but also a lot of other scripts which relies
strongly on the output information of cvs. So switching to svn will
cost more effect. Any way, I'll try my best to switch the whole
project to svn, without disturbing the other developers too much.

I can do that. My only question is, should I use the subversion
service supplied by sourceforge, or use some other host? If use the
sourceforge svn service, please grant me the corresponding privilege,
my sf ID is edyfox. If you decide to use other host, I'll make a
site available in two or three days.
We can do this on SourceForge, I suppose. I have added you to the Vim

I'm doing the work now but unfortunately I find that I don't have
enough privilege to enable the subversion service nor access the svn
repository. Could you grant me the privilege, too?
