In a helpfile, shouldn't hotlinks use bars rather than backticks? So,
|:lvimgrep|, |:lgrep|, |:lhelpgrep| ...

A location list is a window-local quickfix list. You get one after commands
like `:lvimgrep`, `:lgrep`, `:lhelpgrep`, `:lmake`, etc., which create a
