Depends on the ROMs, but I can't think of any 020s that are 32-bit clean,
so that would be 7.5.5 for both.
7.6 actually *isn't* the last for the 030s; Mac OS 8.1 will run on them too
with a shareware product called Born Again. Details are in the FAQ. Oh,
and 7.6.1 is later than 7.6 and runs on all the 030s except the IIcx, IIx,
and SE/30 just fine, with no patching (a la Born Again).
IIRC, Ruben Brochner, the author of the program, is/was on this list.
