VideoLogic are a UK firm as far as I can tell, they are still around  
under the name 'Imagination Technologies' and are responsible for the  
PowerVR chipset used in some rather off-beat PC graphics cards, among  
other things.

It may be something like the Supermac DIGITALFILM card?

The lower card in the photo looks just like an Early SuperMac card that I 
have.
I always wondered what the connector was for on the top edge of the Card!
