I happen to have a list of the braille commands handy. not even sure where I 
got it, but it seems to be accurate.

Common braille commands for VoiceOver on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
When using a braille display with VoiceOver on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod 
touch, your braille display may support the following commands to help with 
navigation.
To ensure that your braille display is using the correct table, make sure that

Other than posting a message to this list, how might I look up
VoiceOver commands for a braille display. I'm talking about those
commands that duplicate VoiceOver gestures such as the rotor as a for
instance.

Touch an app to place VoiceOver focus on it, then swipe down with one finger 
until VoiceOver announces the option to arrange apps. Double tap then swipe 
down again with one finger until you get move app. Double tap. Then touch the 
app or folder you want the first app placed next to and swipe down with one 
finger until you reach the option you want. Double tap! Cheers. Harry
