In At Bat, you double tap on the video link for the game you are interested in, 
and then look for condensed game and double tap.

iPhone's magnifier is of no use, doesnt provide much zoom in, it has
serious problem with stability. myself being partially sighted, have
never been successful in using iPhones magnifier. Though there are
couple of good apps in android which provide much better focus and
stability.
