Subject: Easy access to battery information on a Bluetooth device

Hi List!
Does anyone know of an easy quick way to find out how much battery power is
left in a bluetooth device like a pair of headphones when the battery status
does not show up in the status bar thing at the top of the screen?
Most of my bluetooth devices have battery indicaters that show up in the status
bar thing, but a few do not and with those I have to go to the second screen on
the locked screen and then scroll through a bunch of stuff before reaching the
battery info. I was wondering, is there a faster and or easier way to access
this information?

Could even just be helpful to know if the iPhone SE 20 has comparable

Yes, put the batteries widget on one of your home screens, and then you’ll see

This only happens a minority of the time for me, but when it does, I triple
click the home button to turn voice over off, then turn it back on, and I can
hear it then. If you have a modern phone with no home button, do whatever you
do to turn voice over off and on. Let us know if this workaround works.

You have to change your Orbit Braille display to computer Braille, both input
and output, in order to use the Braille display with the BARD app. To change
the Braille input to computer Braille, use the following key strokes: space
with dots 2-3-6 twice to change the input to computer Braille, and space with
dots 1-2-4-5 twice to change the output to computer Braille. This way you will
be able to read BARD books on your Braille display. When you are finished using
the BARD app, you can change the Braille grade back to Grade 2 with the same
key strokes. I do this all the time to read Braille books and magazines with
the BARD app.

Easy access to battery information on a Bluetooth device

2021-05-16 Thread Barbara Stahl

Help With A Volume Issue

2021-05-16 Thread MamaPeach
I have my Voice Over voice turned up but whenever I get a phone call, the
volume of Voice Over drops and I can’t even hear what I am tapping on to answer
the phone. How can I adjust it to where Voice Over’s volume does not drop when
I receive a call? I have audio ducking on but it still does it.

RE: Can search for specific happs broadcaster on iPod, but not iPhone

Thanks for the clarification. Happs - The Network of Now by V2 Media appears to
be the app you’re asking about and hopefully someone who uses it can help.

Does anyone have any idea of how to remedy this? Both my iPod seventh GEN and
SE 20 are running the same version of iOS, with the latest update of the app. I
can’t find anything in settings on either device that is different. Their
customer service department has been sorely lacking when contacted about this.

Where do I learn how to use YouVersion?

2021-05-16 Thread Duane Steele
Hello Friends,

Earlier this week, I wrote, and received lots of positive feedback about the
best Bible APP for use on my iPhone. Overall, folks recommended the youVersion
APP which I just reinstalled. Basically, what I need to do is to be able to
search references and move text into voiceDream Writer as part of worship
bulletins I create there. I'd like to talk to someone by e-mail or phone who
might be able to help me figure out how to do this. Thanks.

Peace & Blessings,
Pastor Duane L. Steele

RE: The disaster that is classical music on Apple Music

2021-05-16 Thread Fanus Buys
Hello list
Its not a new disaster. Ever since I subscribed to Apple music operas are not
downloaded correctly. Most of the time apple regards an opera as a compilation
so some tracks are stored under artists, others under composer and some even
under the name of the Conductor. I notified apple about this several times but
as usual, no response. That's why I prefer Spotify.

Fanus

Well, the audience is certainly bigger than voiceover users. Not that they
shouldn’t do stuff for voiceover users, but they’re a huge company. And there’s
just no reason for them not to have a better search mechanism. If a little
dinky companies like tidal and prime phonic can do it, Apple really has zero
excuse.
