iTunes & Book Question

I put m4B books on my phone through iTunes and the last couple of weeks
iTunes won't let me put the books on the phone.  I've even uninstalled and
re-installed iTunes.  Any help would be appreciated in making this work.

I purchased an arboleaf body composition scale from amazon about a
year and a half ago.  The app has a few issues, but with a little help
from arboleaf customer support I got my account setup and now
everything seems to work well.
The scale was about $99.00 if I remember right.
It syncs to apple health and provides weight bmi and a lot of other
statistics after standing on the scale for about 30 seconds with bare
feet.

It allows for multiple profiles so multiple people can use the scale
and have their statistics tracked separately.

The only thing I don't like is that it is telling my weight is going up :-)
