Re: Problem with Native Apple Podcast App

2023-09-05 Thread Jonathan Cohn
What I would suggest is you do the following.
1. Unsubscribe from Living Blindfully.
2. Switch to the Library tab at the bottom of the iPhone screen.
3. Just under the battery level for your phone you should find a “more” button
Press this button to open a menu.
4. The second item in this menu is: follow a show by a URL. Double tab on this .

You should now get “Alert follow a show by URL. with a text field. Put the
Living Blindfully+ URL that you got from subscribing into the text field and
then press the “follow” button.

Apple’s POD Cast application is complicated because it has both Library and
Listen Now tabs where you can find items you are subscribed to. The Listen now
tries to guess what you are most interested it, while the Library is more of a
sorted list of items you have decided follow or download episodes of.

HTH!

RE: couple of questions about EERO Router

2023-09-05 Thread Rob Armstrong
I don’t know about the iPad mini.

For the iPhone, go to Settings, then General, then About.

For iOS 16.6, the Wi-Fi Address is near the top of the second page and is after
the information about memory capacity and available.

RE: Youtube without the visuals?

2023-09-05 Thread Sieghard Weitzel
Here is what I get from Google about YouTube Premium:

Upgrade to YouTube Premium and get YouTube and the YouTube Music app ad-free.
Terms apply.
Enjoy YouTube videos and music ad-free, offline, and with your screen off.

So, to my knowledge YouTube Premium primarily gives you add-free content,
YouTube Music, the ability to download content and to watch with your screen
locked or with content running in the background. I doubt it gives you any
ability to use less data.

Hi,

I am on holiday and subject to some restrictions via data-roaming. I do
like to keep in touch with youtube, so, if I start youtube premium, will this
allow me to watch/download etc with audio only and thus reduce my data download?

Thanks for any suggestions, Sandy in Italia with her premium pooch!

RE: Problem with Native Apple Podcast App

2023-09-05 Thread Loreal Lavigna
Are you subscribed to the premium subscription for his podcast? If not, you'll
still get episodes but they may be a couple days behind release for the premium
subscribers. He did a live zoom I want to say sometime in either May or June
and talked about this. IDK if this is what's effecting your subscription, but
thought I'd share what little I know.

Subject: Problem with Native Apple Podcast App

I subscribe to Jonathan Mosen's Living Blindfully+ podcast. Until some time in
July, new episodes appeared in the Podcasts app as soon as they were published.
Since that time in July, my episodes are a week behind. Can Someone who uses
the native Apple Podcasts app tell me how to get my weekly episodes back on
track?
Thanks for any help.

Hi,
I have an iPhone 13 running the most recent updates using voiceover and I am
trying to work with the Outlook app on my phone. It is letting me compose
messages and if I am in a message and use the rotor to get to the edit field
it’s letting me reply. However, when I try and open messages, it opens them but
when I hit the back button, it will not take me back to my inbox and it doesn’t
always show that the message has been read. Did they break some kind of
accessibility or am I doing something wrong? I am a full-time VoiceOver user.
Dacia.

Hi everyone good morning

Hope everyone is doing great

Have a question. For my iphone i am looking for recommendation for a small size
or a pocket size keyboard? Looking for something which can fit on a shirt
pocket for example.

Any models you can suggest?

Thanks once again

Youtube without the visuals?

2023-09-05 Thread 'Sandy Tomkins' via VIPhone
