Correction when you double tap a message it focuses on the most recent
message. You will have to swipe left to see earlier messages from that same
person.

  Hello,

What you do is double tap on the unread message, then you can swipe right
to move through the messages until you get to the last one. Another thing
you can do is start from the bottom of the screen where it says “Text field
edit”, then swipe left to hear the rest of the messages.

  Hope this helps,

Hello,

When I receive more than 1 message from the same person, I can only see
the first one. The app says I have 3 unread messages, but I only see the

messages from other senders.
If I delete this first message, the following messages from the same
person are also deleted.
What can I do to read the following messages from the same person?

Re: Question about the Message app

2024-03-15 Thread Barbara Stahl
I would try clearing messages from the app switcher and also shutting down and
restarting your phone you can also turn off the group messages feature you just
go into settings then messages and then scroll down till you find the option to
have messages from one sender in a group or not and tell it to turn it off by
double tapping it until it says off

Perfectly correct, but that would not be apparent from the status bar. So you
would have to suspect a problem with your setup to go into Settings.

do is start from the bottom of the screen where it says “Text field edit”, then
swipe left to hear the rest of the messages.

Hope this helps,

Subject: Question about the Message app

Hello,

I have this problem:
When I receive more than 1 message from the same person, I can only see the
first one. The app says I have 3 unread messages, but I only see the first one.
If I go to the right, it says no more messages, or shows me the messages from
other senders.
If I delete this first message, the following messages from the same person are
also deleted.
What can I do to read the following messages from the same person?

Have you gone into that message conversation. You should be able to swipe left
and right through the conversation. Left is earlier. Double tap to get into
that conversation.
