I need to start using envision AI more. I use superSense often but lately end 
up going to either Seeing AI or AIRA out of frustration. I purchased SuperSense 
at a Convention several years ago after a live presentation full of promises.  
I”m wondering when a host of new promised features will appear with a new 
subscription model. Such as we have been recently seeing.

Phone Not Ringing

When people call me my  cell phone automatically goes to  voice mail. It
does not ring at all. And yes, I know the difference between Ring Mode and
Silent Mode and my phone is most definitely in the former.  What other
settings could cause this behavior?  Thank you.

The two things I think of when this is happening for people is:1. Is Do Not Disturb on?2. Is Silence Unknown Callers on under settings phone? I hope it helps. Either call Apple or your cell phone carrier maybe they can troubleshoot it with you. That is if silent mode is not enabled or blocking unknown callers is disabled. did you check if the volume slider is set to zero in the settings under sounds and vibration? If it’s turned up all the way is 100% then I would definitely suggest either try to reboot your phone and have someone do a call with you and if that doesn’t work, then I’d say definitely call your carrier or Apple. Definitely sounds like one o fthe focus modes like Do Not Disturb could be 
turned on. If you pull down from the top a little way to bring up control 
centre, you can then check on the left side of the screen about half way down 
where it says "Focus", if it only says "Focus" then it's fine, but if you hear 
something like "Focus, Do Not Disturb" or "Focus, Sleep" this means the Do Not 
Disturb or Sleep focus is is turned on and this would most likely cause all 
your calls to go straight to voice mail unless you set up exceptions in 
Settings > Focus to allow certain calls through or to allow notifications from 
certain apps.
Also keep in mind that if you go to Settings > Focus, it will tell you if any 
of the focus options is "on", but you can't turn it off from there, this has to 
be done via control centre and I believe you can also ask Siri to turn a 
particular focus on or off..

If it's only ringing twice, there could be something wrong with your cell 
signal, which is a carrier issue or the person is calling and hanging up on you.

Sandy, I'm with Sieghard and Richard on this one. It sounds as if Focus has been turned on on your device. Why they ever renamed Do not disturb to Focus is beyond me but they did. Focus contains the ability to have various named settings such as Sleep, Do not disturb, Work meeting, etc. You can check or set up these under Settings, Focus. As Sieghard posted, you can check whether Focus is currently turned on within the Control Center. I access the Control Center by placing focus on something in the topline status bar such as the time and doing a 3 finger swipe up. Also keep in mind that if you go to Settings > Focus, it will tell you if any of the focus options is "on", but you can't turn it off from there, this has to be done via control centre and I believe you can also ask Siri to turn a particular

I’m with Sieghard.

When I got my first iPhone, it only rang 2 or three times before going to voice 
mail.  I called the carrier and they extended it so now it rings about 6 times. 
 They usually set it for a time lag, rather than a number of rings.  

So, do call your carrier and ask them to increase the time.

Actually, Alan, there is still do not disturb. I just tested it out with Siri and I was able to toggle it on and off so she might want to try that. Then she can have someone test call her or something and see if the phone rings. And if she does have the volume set to 100%, which is very loud in my opinion, she’ll be able to really hear it.
