Thank you, I would appreciate it if you would forward my message.  I thought 
about uninstalling and re-installing the app, but I don’t have my books backed 
up to the cloud, so don’t want to lose them if at all possible.

Voice Dream Reader

Hello,

I am also having trouble with voice dream reader after it’s update.  I am using 
an iPhone thirteen mini with version 16.7.2.
When I try to open voice dream, I just get a blank screen.  According to the 
app switcher, voice dream is open.  I closed it in the app switcher, and 
rebooted my phone, but still no success.
Any thoughts or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Podcast player suggestion

Hello,
I use the podcasts app from apple to play my podcasts on my iPhone 13 mini.  
Since the latest update of the iPhone, I can no longer jump from chapter to 
chapter when using the app.  I called Apple tech support, and they could 
duplicate the problem.  Until the app is fixed, can anyone recommend another 
podcast app that will show chapters?

I called apple accessibility,, and was told the engineers are aware of the

Apple watch question

Hello,

I am using an apple watch series 6 with the latest software version.
When I turn on the watch, I am asked to put my apple ID password in so I can 
use face time on the watch.  But when I tap on the watch to type in my 
password, I see scribble and cancel.  I have no idea how to write on the watch 
screen, cause there is no keyboard, just the scribble option.
I have my watch mirror my iPhone, so don’t understand why I am asked to sign in 
on the watch.
I can send iMessages from the watch.
I do not use the cloud.

Any help is appreciated, and I am sorry for the long post.

If anyone knows how to use scribble with voice over, I would appreciate any 
instructions.
I also looked on the watch app on my iPhone, and there is nowhere to sign in 
using the app.

I use a Mac computer.  Is there a utility to convert eBooks to ePub books?  
What is the name of the utility for windows computers?  Maybe there is a mac 
version.

apple watch

Hello,

I am using the latest version of iPhone 13.1.2 and the latest version of apple 
watch, series 4.
I have my watch paired to mirror the iPhone.  When I put my iPhone on mute, and 
the watch on mute, when I get a phone call, the watch still rings.  Is there a 
way to silence the ringer on the watch?  I don’t want it ringing in church or a 
meeting.
Any help is appreciated.  Before the update, all worked fine.

Re: Walkie-talkie

Hello,

Thank you for your suggestions.  I was not on the phone when trying 
walkie-talkie app.  I removed my contact, and added her again, but it still 
doesn’t work.  I tried turning wi-fi off, then back on, and still no go.
I tried having my contact invite me on walkie-talkie, but still doesn’t work.  
I called apple, and they couldn’t resolve the problem.  They suggested I try 
inviting another contact, but I don’t know anyone else who has a watch that can 
use the walkie-talkie app.

Walkie-talkie

Hello,

I am using the series 4 apple watch and watchOs5.01.  When I open the 
walkie-talkie app on the watch I can add a contact, but when I try to have a 
conversation with my contact, I see the inviting available button.  I double 
tap on it to invite my contact, and nothing happens.  I have myself set to 
available.
Any thoughts?  Any help is appreciated.

iPhone 6 battery question

Hello,

Ever since I upgraded to 1103, my battery life is terrible! For example, this 
morning I had a battery status of 82 percent.  I made 2 short phone calls 
during the day, and for the rest of the day, my phone was on stand by, in other 
words, the screen was locked.  At nine this evening, my battery showed 7 
percent.  I have gone into mail, notifications, and everything I can think of.  
Is anyone else who uses an iPhone 6 having the same issues?  Any suggestions is 
greatly appreciated.

first generation apple watch

Hello,

I have an apple watch first generation.  I upgraded to OS4.1 today.  Now, when 
I receive a message on the watch, I can go to messages on the doc, but can’t 
open messages, so can’t read the messages on my watch.  I double tap on message 
and absolutely nothing happens!  Has anyone else experienced this after 
upgrading to OS4.1?

mp3 recorder

Hello,

Does anyone use the mp3 recorder app?  If so, how do you delete a file?  I 
recorded a file, and want to delete it.  There is a delete button, but when I 
press it, the file starts playing.  I went to the more button, and same thing, 
the file starts playing.  I am using an iPhone 6 plus with the latest iOS 
version.

text message sounds don't play on locked screen

Hello,

I am using an iPhone 6 with the latest iPhone software installed.  When I have 
my screen locked, and I receive a text message, I hear no text message sound.  
I have gone into notifications and locked screen is on.  My problem started 
after I upgraded.  If my screen is unlocked, my text message sounds work just 
fine.

Voice Dream reader question

Hello,

I have a huge collection of cook books in my read2go app.  When I read a 
recipe, I read with voice over, so I can read the recipe line by line.  I want 
to move my books to voice dream reader.  Is there a way to read the text of a 
book using voice over instead of playing the book using the app voice?
If there is an updated voice dream reader tutorial, could someone point me in 
that direction?  I looked on apple vis, but the tutorial I found was made in 
2015.
Any help is greatly appreciated, and I apologize for the long message.

Keyboard question on iPad pro

Hello,

I am using an iPad pro with the latest software version.  I also purchased the 
keyboard that attaches magnetically to the iPad, so the keyboard doesn’t need 
batterys or a bluetooth connection.
Is there a command for 1: moving from screen to screen, and 2: going from top 
of screen to bottom?

logitech k480 question

Hello,

I am using an iPhone 6 plus with the latest software.  I paired it with a 
logitech k480 keyboard.  When I type on the keyboard, it repeats letters.  Is 
there a fix for this problem?  I googled it, but found no helpful results.

apple watch

I am thinking of purchasing an apple watch.  I have the iPhone 6 plus, with the 
latest software. I have 2 questions about the watch.

Is it possible to read bard and bookshare books from the watch?
Can I write text messages from the watch, or can the watch only receive 
messages?

If anyone can recommend any podcasts or tutorials for the watch, I would 
appreciate it.  I don’t want to cludder up the list with questions.

KNFB reader problem

Hello,

I am a new user to the KNFB reader and the fopydo scanner and reader 
attachment.  Here is my problem.
I set the KNFB reader to batch scan, cause am scanning a book.  When I have 
scanned about 35 pages, I am jumped out of the app, and when I go back into 
KNFB reader, I have lost everything I have scanned.  Is this a problem with the 
app, and have you heard of anyone else having this problem?

I also use the cookbook app from Betty Crocker.  I am having a problem saving 
my recipes to the recipe box.  I can save them, but when I close the app, and 
open it again, my saved recipes are gone.

Skype question

Is it possible to do a conference skype call using the iPad mini?  I have an 
iPad mini with the latest software and the latest skype app.  Someone told me 
that you can now conference with skype, but I can't figure out how it is done.  
I can make a call, but don't see how to add other people.  Any help is

Go to the bookshelf, open audio books, and you should see an edit button.  
After you double tapped on the button, you will see your books.  Select the one 
you want to delete, by double tapping it, and then you will see delete.

Hello,

There is a head phone jack on the iPad mini.  It is at the top left corner of 
the iPad mini, not on the screen, but on the back of the mini.
Run your hand on the top of the mini, then when you get to the left corner, you 
should see a head phone jack.

Hello,

I now own the Voyager PRO+ bluetooth headset.  I have had it for a year, and it 
is starting not to hold a complete charge.  When new, I could get 6 hours talk 
time from a full charge.  Now, when fully charged, I only get 4 hours talk 
time.  I  was hoping to find a blue tooth headset that I could replace the 
battery instead of having to purchase a new headset every year.

Voice over, while on a call

Hello,

I am using an iPhone 4S and IOS6.
When I am on a call, and have to access menus, I have the phone on speaker.
But it is impossible to hear voice over.  This did not happen in IOS5.
Also, if another call comes in while I am on a call, I can't hear voice over
to end plus answer.  Is there a fix, or any suggestion is appreciated.
