In the Uber app, the only way I know to do this is after you have arrange the 
trip. In the new app, there's a contact button on the page that shows up near 
where the drivers name is shown. Tap on that button. Then swipe right down to 
either message the driver or call the driver. Then you can either send a 
message or make a phone call to let the driver know exactly where you are.
