Re: how to change your ringer and other volumes

2019-12-11 Thread elevegnale
I realized that last week, I had lost the voice on VoiceOver and had to call
Apple Accessibility. I must have played with the volume on the rotor and it
naturally decreased because I was only hearing the clicks. Anyway, all is fine
now and again, thanks for all your suggestions. I’m glad I don’t have to get a
new phone!

hi, everyone, for some reason on my iPhone 7 Plus, the volume is very low
now. Yet, when I play media such as music, it is at its normal volume.
When I’m going into all my apps from the home screen, that’s when it gets
quite soft. I don’t know if anyone else is having problems.

Re: iOS 13.3 release

2019-12-09 Thread elevegnale
hi, everyone, for some reason on my iPhone 7 Plus, the volume is very low now.
Yet, when I play media such as music, it is at its normal volume. When I’m
going into all my apps from the home screen, that’s when it gets quite soft. I
don’t know if anyone else is having problems.

Re: Exchanging my AirPods Pro

2019-11-23 Thread elevegnale
Hi, Anthony,

On the new Airpods, you can go into Settings, then Accessibility, and in the
Airpods area, you can adjust the volume in both Airpods or each individual one.
I find this to be very helpful. I also think the sound quality is terrific,
particularly with bass. You can even ask Siri to raise the volume in each
Airpod, left or right, of course, or both of them. I really enjoy mine. Hope
this helps.

Hi, Debby!

I have an Otter Box case on my phone and I have no trouble with it. In fact, i
like it because when I’m walking around the house, I clip the Otter Box to my
clothing and it stays without falling off. Hope this helps. By the way, it
has a covering over it so that it really protects the iPhone. I don’t know if
it’s waterproof, but I don’t want to find out! Haha!

Re: AirPods Pro

2019-11-16 Thread elevegnale
Hi, Terri,

Thanks for the explanation. You know how the saying goes: You learn something
new every day. You know, I think back about what my Dad told me when I
graduated from college way back in the mid-‘60s: He said, “Never stop
learning!” I think if he were alive today, he’d be proud of what I’ve
accomplished in my life. I’m almost 75 and still heed his words. I love
technology and I’ll use it as long as I can! Take care.

 Hello Devin,

The ambiance or transparency mode is in either mode (stereo or mono). This
depends on if you have both AirPods in your ears or only one. I love using
the transparency mode when I am at work I can listen to audio books or
music and hear when someone walks into my office or needs to talk with me.
