In the item description it will be wrote if the item is in perfect condition, or if it has any problem. If you find anything that is not found in the description, better to ask for a refund if you are not happy, or let it go and carry with the item. Find the model in the Logitech website, or if it’s very old, in Google or other sites. When you find the exact model by the pictures, look if the keyboard is compatible with iPhone, because Android Bluetooth is not the same of iPhone’s and they are incompatible between them.
