Both seri and dictation?

Hey all,   i have an  Iphone 5 s with the latest update and for some reason 
neither seri nor dictation are working, is any one else having this? This just 
started this morning. I tried turning off the phone and wifi and that didn't 
fix anything.

Siri says sorry i'm having problems with the connection please try again in a 
moment, as for dictation, no its not dimmed. 
The weird thing is my husband has a 6 and his works. Also, my Ipod is doing the 
same thing. Also, my husbands 4 S works.

You are right, the minute I finished everything worked. I literally finished 
sending the email, then I tried Siri again, and it worked. Thank you for the

Basically what you do is you can either use your pointer or index finger and 
your middle finger on one hand or each pointer finger on each hand and 
basically walk your fingers on the screen as fast as you can and you will hear 
your horse gallop Slow  or fast,  hope that helps

Voice dream is very easy to download book share books into. I don't think 
either one of them have a sleep timer though. I could be wrong though I haven't 
looked

Alan, what I had to do was toggle  the still camera and video on and off a few 
times. And it works now. I am talking about talking goggles.

On each page do your three finger swipe to the left and it will take you 
through each page then there  will finally be a continue button  and you double 
tap that and you're on your way. At least that's what I did.

Solitaire addition for blind fold games

Hello all, I am wondering if anyone has played the blind fold solitaire 
addition game called I think it is baroness? I can't seem to get from pile to 
pile meaning if I have 13 I can't seem to move them to an empty pile. When I do 
a two finger swipe to the left it gets me out of the game and gives me an 
error. Does anyone else have issues or any tips for me? Thank you

used the DVR function. It is accessible to me. I cannot say anything about the

So I have a question, I noticed when I played around a little bit more it says 
something about available off-line in this iPhone and it says dimmed.  Also 
when it shows how many minutes this song is or the file is it says for instance 
five minutes dimmed.  Is there anything I can do to make it online or 
something?  I hope that makes sense.

Hello there I just check that out and yes they do play on iTunes that is weird. 
But they won't play on my iPhone. It shows that everything is there. But it 
will not play it just says unknown album but it says the name of the album. But

Hello all, I have an I phone 5S with the latest update. I also have the audible 
app with the latest update. Here is my situation, I noticed when I am listening 
to a book and device is selected, whenever I turn up or down the volume, it 
clicks. Does anybody else have that issue? And if so is there a way to get rid 
of that? Hope that makes sense.

to update to I OS 9, it is already downloaded, but he cannot install it, I

Trivia crack

If I were anybody who plays the game of Trivia Crack I would not updated, I did 
because I saw someone saying that they were having issues so I wanted to see if 
I did and I do. Basically, The game has become unplayable. It crashes, and it's 
very hard to find the people that you were playing with. It is just unplayable. 
At least on my iPhone 5S with I don't remember what update I think it's 8.4 or 
something

On the same topic, is there a way to view one specific newsfeed over another? 
For example, if I see Mary's newsfeed then Joe then Susan but I want to see

Here is what I did, I kind of followed Isaacs directions, I went to the group, 
I saw where it says closed group and then it listed the number of members, I 
double tap that, and swipe to the right till I found a leave group and followed 
the options from there after double tapping that. Hope that helps

Bard and voice dream

Hello, I have noticed something when I download books from Bard and add the 
same book to voice dream, they have different reading times. Does that mean the 
whole book isn't on book share which is what I am using with voice dream?

Would I be correct in saying that you cannot use voice dream reader with a 
braille display? I know I tried it before and it didn't work that well. But I

My iPod won't work any tips?

Hello all, I am running the latest iOS update with an iPod touch 
fifth-generation. For some reason it just quit speaking to me. I plugged it 
into a charger thinking it might reboot itself and it didn't. I don't know how 
to do a hard reset that is the only other idea I have. Any tips would be 
greatly appreciated and thanks

Speaking of the direct TV app, when the receiver can be detected which is more 
often than not it is not detected, but when it  is the app is very accessible 
you can go through your playlist and everything.

Hello all, so I have an iPhone 5S with the latest update. When I go into the 
Facebook app everything is fine until I hear it say someone has commented to 
this and then it reads the status that they commented  two. Which is usually 
their own status, so when I double tap to go into the comments instead of 
letting me go into that it says selected and I can't do anything else. I hope 
this makes sense and I hope someone can give me a tip as to what to do to work 
around that. Maybe it is a bug  I don't know thank you

I can't delete an app.

I am trying to delete an app from my iPhone 5S with the latest update and when 
I double tap and hold it gives me that sound then when I try to double tap to 
deleted it won't let me. It says double tap to open. Any tips thanks.

How to get into message history

The Bard mobile app and the Bard pledge

Hello all, I tried to look at the barn site for a book yesterday on my iPod 
fifth generation with the latest iOS update, it took me to the Bard pledge, I 
checked the agree check box, and then hit the submit button, but for some 
reason it would not do anything after hitting that submit any tips? Thanks

Sieghard, you were right, I was on the cloud, your method worked perfectly. Is 
there a way to delete books you've already read from the cloud? Or will that do

 sure you are sliding straight across and not to the right and down on a
 diagonal. Anyhow, if this is the title you want to delete, double tap on the
 Edit Mode button after you locate it.
 4. Now put your finger on the right side of the screen. I usually locate the
 Refresh button and then swipe down a bit to the first Delete button. This is
 the same as sliding down from All Titles to Edit Mode on the left, once you
 locate the Delete button double tap it and you will get the message asking
 you to confirm if you want to delete the book.

 3.It’s kind of tricky to hold the phone, line it up, and tap the 
 screen to take a picture or get a field report… I tried the method that is 
 described in the AppleVIS podcast, i.e., holding the phone with both hands, 
 arms on a table, but then it’s hard to do this without covering the speaker 
 at the end of the phone, making it hard to hear; or, to tap the screen to 
 get it to do what I want it to. 
  
 4.   If I toggle voice over off and then on again, the buttons will no 
 longer respond to a double-tap… I can read the screen, but the app will no 
 longer respond… I have to close the app and reopen it.  
 
 I should add I am using an iPhone 5, with IOS7. 
  
 I think it would be quite a challenge to scan an entire book without a 
 standscan pro to hold the phone… It’s hard to hold the page of a book flat, 
 line up the shot, and then get a good pic that reads it correctly with 
 minimal errors. 
  
 I think this is a big step forward, and the quality of the scans is 
 generally superior, but there is still work to be done here… And of course 
 I’m still learning and practicing how to use the app

Hello Anna, maybe I don't understand how to use the app, I do like it. I love 
the reminders. Yesterday what I did was four example, if it told me to do 15 
side lunges, I tapped on the exercise then I did it and then I hit the I did it 
button. I did not see a countdown timer or anything. What am I missing? And

Hi there Nikki, that explains it, I am on some Yahoo! Groups. I didn't realize 
that was the way they had changed stuff. It is a bit annoying but I guess it's 
easy to get used to. Guess we have no choice.
