Yes, you can label the buttoms using the two finger tap-and-hold if you
 have IOS 5 or later.

The buttons on the bottom are Category, Channels, Favorites, On Demand,
Download, and if you swipe three-finger vertically left to get to the next
page, you will see that categories is off-screen and the rightmost button
 is your Settings.

As I’m sure some of you know, the buttons at the bottom of this ap are
not labeled, so I have to count across and hear button announced for
example 3 times to get to my favorites. Is there a way to label buttons in
iphone aps similar to labeling buttons and graphics with a conventional
 screen-reader such as JAWS? Thanks.

Re: problem accessing my apple account

2013-09-08 Thread monkeyg
The support email you gave me does not appear to work. When I enter on it,
I get the page cannot be displayed message. Interestingly, the link to
get assistance with an apple account on their site doesn't even activate
when I enter on it. This is becoming really frustrating, but thank you for
your help. Any other thoughts?

Re: music dock not playing

2012-09-28 Thread monkeyg
Music Dock is still not working. I have uninstalled the ap and
reinstalled. I emailed their tech support yesterday afternoon and have
heard nothing back. The only channel I can get is 20. I attempted to use
the sirius mobile ap but am finding it inaccessible. Any thoughts, or
experiences would be appreciated, as I am going through sirius xm
withdrawal, and I am paying for an online subscription I cannot access.
Thanks.

Re: music dock not playing

2012-09-28 Thread monkeyg
Music Dock is working again. It was probably a technical difficulty on
their end. I have had this program for months and it's worked great. So,
if you are considering Music Dock, it's worth it especially when faced with
sirius application. Well, I off to get my sirius satelite fix. Friday,

trouble with music dock

2012-09-12 Thread monkeyg
As of today, music dock will not log in. Usually when this happens, I
restart the program or the phone, and the problem resolves itself. I tried
reinstalling it, but no success. I use this program every day and have
become quite dependent onit. Any help would be appreciated
