Hello Jen and all: The keystroke that may assist you is option command s. that toggle will make that list appear and disappear. As for the challenge with your iphone syncing but not really, look in the device portion of the table you made reappear with the previously mentioned keystroke. if you find a listing for your iphone that is not really there, perform a command E to eject the device. then try closing itunes. If there is no listing of a phone in the device area, simply try closing itunes. it should not cause any problem. Hopefully this information proves useful to you. Please let us know. Hello Robin and all: I have used this application with much success. working on german and it works great. there are a few things to get used to and your mileage may vary. it took a little getting used to figuring out just what things they wanted you to double tap on though after a few rounds of getting the wrong answer it went pretty smoothly.
