You won't lose your organization, and you can continue to place icons on your home pages, rearrange them all you want and place them in the folders you want. I have a problem, also. First I use hearing aids and like my phone to stream through them. When I make or receive a phone call, I like voiceover to be louder than everything else in case I have to press a key or such.. At the moment the only way I can accomplish this is to go to the roter and audio destination and swipe it until default audio route is spoken. Then the volume of voiceover increases. It used to increase automatically, but not now. Been working with apple for a couple days on this without resolution.
