You can find both apps if you search under Swiss Federation for the Blind – or even just type Swiss and the first two letters f e after a space. They updated both apps at the end of May and the version 1.1.0 fixed the bug where you'd get an error message when editing the name of a waypoint to rename it, and also seemed to fix the error where adding waypoints from contacts to the middle of your route gave the Missing or invalid latitude message for addresses in parts of the country. (For example, addresses for west coast states in the U.S. from California through Washington, and British Columbia in Canada would fail, while east coast states from Florida through New York, but not Maine, would work, as would Ontario in Canada, in version 1.0. I assume this is fixed, since it is fixed for me, but I never saw any discussion of this issue on AppleVis, or elsewhere other than the early comments by myself, Cara, and Jim Barbour on this list.) Hi Molly, Molly Marcinick wrote: hi i still cant find this app OK, if my instructions of typing in Swiss Federation into the search field on your iPhone didn't bring up the app, I'll paste in the App Store URL for the Paid and free versions: • MyWay Classic ($9.99) by the Swiss Federation of the Blind http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/myway-classic/id494282724?mt=8 • MyWay Lite (free) by the Swiss Federation of the Blind http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/myway-lite/id494516234?mt=8 The paid (Classic) version is the one the original poster was asking about, with support for downloadable maps. A MyWay question
Hi, I haven't heard anything about this travel aid app in a few months and I don't even see a paid version in the Appstore. Does anyone have info on it and also the importing of map files that they mention being available in the non-free version? Thanks.
